Dear Food Vendors Applicants:

It is that time of year when we are preparing to celebrate our New Kent County Fair. This year the fair will be held at Colonial Downs, located at 10515 Colonial Downs Parkway in New Kent. You are cordially invited to participate in this fun-filled event and we look forward to your delicious selection of food and beverages.
There are some changes this year—first, we are returning to Colonial Downs and all fair activities will be outside. Our hours have changed: this year we will open at 12 noon and close at 8 pm. As a food vendor, you will be expected to remain open during those times. All food vendors must be self- contained and have all Health Department paperwork filed by August 2. As in the past, we will offer for an additional $5.00, to list your business and create a link to it on our website.
Space is very limited and only one space will be available per vendor. The deadline for vendor applications is August 1, 2024. However, if we fill up our spaces early, we will close registration early.
The date of the New Kent County Fair is Saturday, August 17th from 12 noon until 8 pm. Set-up time will be Saturday beginning at 10 am. Please check with me to determine your exact location. We would greatly appreciate you cleaning up your area when taking down your booth and thank you in advance.
