2024 New Kent County Fair

Dear Vendors/Booth Applicants:

​

The 2024 New Kent County Fair will be bigger and better than ever. We are returning to Colonial Downs at 10515 Colonial Downs Parkway. You are cordially invited to participate in this fun-filled event. We look forward to your display of interesting items.

Since we are returning to Colonial Downs, all fair activities will be outside.  We offer vendor space under a large tent, and also on the grounds. We will be open to the public from 12 noon to 8 pm.  As a vendor, you will be expected to remain open during those

hours.

 

We offer three types of vendor booths and pricing: 

          Under the large tent - one-side access to public: 10’x10’  $40.  Electricity available.

          Under the large tent - two-side access to public: 10’x15’  $60.  Electricity available.

          On the grounds - 10’x10’ space. Provide your own shelter/tent. $35 

          Each vendor booth/space includes one 8’ table and two chairs. 

 

Only one space will be available per vendor. The deadline for vendor applications is August 1.  Reservations will close when all spaces are reserved. Any spaces still available after August 1 will be offered to vendors who wish additional space.

Vendor set-up time is Saturday 10 am to 11:30 am.  Please check with me to determine your exact location. Thank you in advance for cleaning up your booth area before leaving.
